  1. Insolvency foundations

    1. Company insolvency and the relevant legal tests studied.
    2. Affected creditors, owners and other parties.

  2. Statutory process

    1. Study the Insolvency Act, 2063 named in the syllabus.
    2. Identify prescribed procedures and decision responsibilities.
    3. Distinguish restructuring-related steps from liquidation where relevant.
