  1. Course project

    1. Select a corporate-finance topic studied in the course.
    2. Define a feasible question and evidence base.
    3. Follow institutional submission instructions.
  2. Analysis

    1. Use authentic financial information.
    2. State valuation and financing assumptions.
    3. Report findings without invented results.
