  1. Nouns in business writing

    1. Common, proper, count and noncount nouns.
    2. Singular and plural forms and possessives.
    3. Noun phrases as subjects, objects and complements.
  2. Pronouns and antecedents

    1. Personal, relative, demonstrative and indefinite pronouns.
    2. Agreement in number and person.
    3. Clear references and correction of ambiguous antecedents.
