    1. Precise verbs, concrete nouns and useful modifiers.
    2. Avoid vague, inflated and unnecessarily technical wording.
    3. Distinguish commonly confused words.
  2. Paragraph coherence

    1. Topic focus, logical sequence and transitions.
    2. Reference words and repeated key terms.
    3. Revise weak connections and unnecessary repetition.
