  1. Specialization project

    1. Select a services-marketing issue in the concentration area.
    2. Define objectives and feasible scope with the teacher.
    3. Prepare and submit the required specialization project.
  2. Evidence and reporting

    1. Review relevant literature and gather authentic service evidence.
    2. Choose analysis aligned with the question.
    3. Present findings, references and limitations coherently.
  3. Integrity and guidance

    1. Obtain appropriate permission and protect customer information.
    2. Distinguish collected data from illustrative examples.
    3. Follow the supplied campus and Faculty project instructions.
