    2. Distinguish relevant project-control types.

    1. Identify required scope, time, cost and quality data.
    2. Design reporting frequency and sources.
    3. Check data accuracy and relevance.
  3. Control process

    1. Measure performance and analyze deviations.
    2. Select corrective actions and escalate when necessary.
    3. Review results and update approved information.
