  1. Monitoring indices

    1. Explain schedule, cost and other suitable performance indicators.
    2. Distinguish raw data from derived measures.
    3. Calculate illustrative indices using stated definitions.
  2. Interpretation

    1. Compare performance against the baseline.
    2. Assess trends and forecast implications.
    3. Recognize limits arising from incomplete or inconsistent data.
  3. Control systems

    1. Link reports with responsibility and decisions.
    2. Define review and escalation procedures.
    3. Evaluate whether the system supports timely action.
