    1. Identify and assess event-project risks.
    2. Plan responsibilities and suitable responses.
    3. Monitor changing conditions during implementation.
  2. Implementation

    1. Coordinate approved plans, teams and suppliers.
    2. Track progress and resolve deviations.
    3. Document decisions and communications.
  3. Breakdown and shutdown

    1. Plan dismantling, restoration and resource return.
    2. Close supplier and financial obligations.
    3. Review results and archive project information.
