  1. Contract foundations

    1. Define scope, deliverables, timing and payment terms.
    2. Identify responsibilities, changes and dispute provisions.
    3. Use applicable legal guidance for specific contractual requirements.
  2. Event contracts

    1. Compare venue, sponsor and exhibitor agreements.
    2. Assess entertainment and supplier contract needs.
    3. Identify cancellation, access and service-performance considerations.
  3. Management

    1. Review consistency with the event plan.
    2. Maintain approvals and obligation records.
    3. Monitor delivery and resolve changes through agreed processes.
