    1. Present purpose, audience, concept and schedule.
    2. Estimate resources, budget and expected outcomes.
    3. Explain assumptions and responsibilities.
  3. Sustainability and protocol

    1. Consider waste, resource use and accessibility.
    2. Identify applicable protocols and dress expectations.
    3. Communicate requirements clearly and respectfully.
